It is LSU.

Of course they have the best player on offense and defense. Just ask them.

We averaging 28 in sec play with 1 to play.

Uga D is overrated.

We beat two of the top 10 teams by a combined 76-16….how has LSU done against the top 10? Do you have a positive score?

I believe I saw them get run out their own stadium by Tennessee.

We've held two top 5 nationally ranked offenses to 3 and 13 points. I think our defensive ranking is pretty deserving.

I'll just throw some stats at this and let you decide if you really think UGA's defense isn't that good.

Common opponents with LSU:

Tennessee: UGA gave up 13 points and 289 yards. LSU gave up 40 points and 502 yards.

Florida: UGA gave up 20 points and 387 yards. LSU gave up 35 points and 395 yards.

Auburn: UGA gave up 10 points and 258 yards. LSU gave up 17 points and 438 yards.

MSU: UGA gave up 19 points and 308 yards. LSU gave up 16 points and 289 yards.

LSU had one game where they were ever so slightly better on defense than UGA... and UGA played at MSU while LSU played at hom.

The largest yard total UGA gave up was 387 to UF. The largest number of points UGA gave up was 22... to Mizzou and Kent State (lesser teams). UGA held two top 3 offenses (UT and Oregon) to 289 and 313 yards respectively. They're top 4 scoring offenses and UGA held them to 13 and 3 points respectively.

Compare that to LSU. The largest yard total they gave up was 502 to UT. The largest point total was 40 to UT. UT faced one top 10 offense and gave up 502 yards and 40 points to them.

By the way... UGA has a top 10 offense (LSU's is outside the top 30).

Outside of saying "If LSU wins in a huge blowout" haven't heard one analyst at all say UGA won't be in if they beat Tech. It's a done deal.

Probably best for the baws if the dawgs don't see it as do or die.
