Other than getting our asses kicked lately at Samford, I typically enjoy my trips there. But it is a shite stadium to get out of. The routing of people in the aisle ways is very slow. Then once you are out of the stands and in the walkways, its another 20 hours to actually get out of the stadium.

Because it's built smack dab in the middle of the campus. It is not easy getting out of there, but I wouldn't change anything.

yea, I wasn't talking about getting out of the area. Thats a whole different traffic deal.

I was meaning getting out of the seating and out of the actual stadium....

Anything? What about fewer red and black stripped overalls?

Well when they stick your arse up in the 600 level, what do you expect?

Also doesn't help that all the old, rich people sit down below and, so, we're all forced to walk at their pace until we can maneuver around them outside the stadium.

Win or lose, it's like walking as part of a dirge getting out

and special recruit seating

...in the upper endzone? Some of the worst seats in the house. LSU Recruits get to sit on the sidelines (in the money seats) near the locker room and near the field.

Probably not a huge issue but when these guys go to other sites and get better fan contact it could make some difference.

I sit in the endzone, 10 rows back.

Going up the stairs to the walkway is a nightmare

This years seats

That's even worse. You're literally the last person to leave the stdium when it's all said and done

That endzone is one of our student sections so the fan interaction is about as good as it will get. Plus, they're facing the loudest, steepest part of the stadium with a large recruiting room (see, "Charger Showroom") to go back into with a balcony that overlooks the Dawg Walk pregame. I think they're good.

It's also not "upper Endzone" in the sense one would think from that phrase. In reality it's only abt 30 rows up from the field

Hopefully those renderings weren't supposed to be released yet. If so, someone in the PR and fundraising department at UGA needs to get canned.

They released them today during the dedication ceremony for our $40 million IPF, those in attendance were all the big money boosters. So where it says "Donor Name," it's meant to try to solicit bids and donations from the crowd that was present

What is so short-sighted about it?

Because we're updating our locker rooms and recruiting space in an area that couldn't ever be expanded otherwise due to a main thoroughfare of campus running behind it, it's short sighted?
