Georgia has the best linebacker in the country, another top 2 linebackers that are st the absolute least top 3 round picks. One of the best corners in the SEC. It will be the same gameplan as Auburn. Stop run at all cost bring pressure and press man. If he can still carve us up he deserves it. We have much better special teams. We also are the worst kind of offense OU wants to see, one that produces long sustained drives and keeps Mayfield on the bench. I like our chances honestly no homer. Our defense is too good compared to anything they've seen. Smith is probably the best player on the field.
I am excited to get them in the Rose Bowl though it's gonna be awesome.

I think it’ll be a high scoring game. We’re the best defense OU will have played all season by a pretty good margin. I don’t think we can stop him, but we can slow him down. I think we can run roughshod over their defense and put up a bunch. I’d expect a 42-38 or 49-42 type game.

Okay.

That's not saying much. And just 1?

We know. And that's why you're dead already.

Exactly what Auburn fans were all saying last year. Identical!

I don’t think this is a good matchup for Georgia.
Mizzou was able to exploit the vertical passing game and we are nowhere near as good as OU.
Georgia will need ball control and a strong pass rush
What's this we shite you speak of?

So a team that has a top 5 pick and two other probably second round picks all at linebacker, an all SEC corner, defensive coaches who build their team to stop the spread offense, one of the best special teams units in the country, two of the top backs in the country and the 5 star behind them, put together with the exact kind of offense you don't want to play against and are not used to playing ever doesn't concern you? Ok lol

We are way better than Auburn was last year. Mayfield is good but he won't even be the best player on the field. We will be favored for all the reasons I listed

I don't think you have any idea just how many different people you will have to stop. You're just typical SEC fan bluster prattling on about how your players are all NFL 1st RD stone cold killas, and putting all of your faith in a conference logo. It's cute.

Why are we even debating or trying to rationally discuss this matchup with one trolling Sooner fan?

That's what I wanna know. It's like you haven't been paying attention for the last 4 years and it's your first day on the planet.

Mayfield won't lose the game for y'all, your defense will.

You do realize Iowa St was 2 months ago and a first year head coaches 4th game?
Look at what they've done since?
They have blown out everyone and beaten 3 top 10 teams. UGA won't dominate OU
Ou won't dominate UGA either. It will be a good game, I just think we can keep the ball out of Mayfield hand enough to pull out the victory. I'm saying we win by 10+. Pulling away in the 4th qtr.

Let this idiot think his team is going to roll over a 12-1 Georgia team. AU thought the same thing yesterday.
See you in a few weeks. I expect a good thread bump when it's over and Georgia runs for 300plus and controls the clock and wins comfortably.

AU was a good tune up for OU. AU has great recievers, a great QB and a strong running game. AU has a much better defense. OU has a better QB but AU was a good test to what we will see from OU. OU about to get skullfricked.

Except there's one key this troll is missing. Sean White couldn't throw at all and Oklahoma just started teeing off against Auburn's run game.
If you're going to think that Oklahoma will just tee off on Georgia's run game, just like how that transpired when Oklahoma figured out that White was hurt and in just as a decoy, with Jake Fromm actually being healthy, more power to you, but you're going to be wrong. It's harder for defenses to do well when it's not obvious what the play is going to be.
This is not a good matchup for Georgia, but it's for different reasons. Georgia can win, but if we see a mistake here, a mistake there, and the offense isn't efficient it can easily turn into last year's Ole Miss game.
