Lmao at author saying anavar is a legal steroid. True pharmaceutical anavar is illegal just like any other anabolic steroid. You can buy "legal" anavar at some health food stores but it is not the real deal.

I'm still stuck on the fact she only benches 155. I mean, I'm just your short average white guy and that's what I work out with. Warm ups with a plate on, then bump it to 155 for reps. Maybe up to 170 if I'm feeling frisky.
