2010 was just the tipping point of what has become a toxic rivalry. I was at just about every game from early 2000s to 2014 and you could sense a shift in the nature of the rivalry when Tubs and Richt took over. It was still healthy for the most part but there were like 3 or 4 years in a row from 2006 to like 2009 where the game drew the most unsportsmanlike flags of any game in country and was on the fringe. Then 2010 happened with Cam/Fairley, late hits, UGA wasn't very good and AU collected a national championship. Rivalry became very heated and then 2013 happened and it has been toxic ever since.

IMO UGA fans are most upset that they have dominated AU the last decade and AU still has a national championship, runner-up, and two SEC titles while they have nothing.

AU fans are most upset that UGA has not only won 8 of the last 10 but they have blown out AU teams that were favored and now look to be set up the be Bama lite. So now AU will have to deal with the two most talented teams of the future yearly.

Last year we lost 13-7 because Gus insisted on playing Sean White who was a gamer but had a broken arm. Might as well have run the wildcat the whole game.

We played a true freshman at QB. What's your next excuse. BTW, we have another one this year. He's better. Much better.

Did he have a broken arm? Show me two QBs of any levels you want, and one has a broken arm. No one is taking that guy.
