UGA asks fans to "spread the red" vs Boise State: Whine about UGA gimmicks here!

Cliff notes. Georgia wants it's fans to wear red to the dome vs Boise. While risky for all the bitching that could from the blackouts I think it should still be awesome. Arizona had a red-out vs Iowa last year and it looked pretty cool.
Anyway I know most here will only see "gimmick" and just proceed to bitch endlessly. I think it's only going to make a great atmosphere better and I can't wait. The university has an official "spread the red" shirt and I know at least in the bookstore they have 20% of red shirts.

So whether you are watching the game in the Georgia Dome or at home, help Spread the Red and wear red in support of the Dogs. They have literally done it the same each game. We were #3 for Bama so naturally we got more exsposure.

You know I get emotional about our jerseys 
I just get irked about hypocrisy that TD has when it comes to this stuff. I knew people would whine about this and sadly UGA fans will too. The fact our fans had such a hissy fit about our jerseys is even more embarrassing than the jerseys themselves. Oh well, CMR actually made me proud when he said he showed the fans 2 weeks early so they "could get over it."
