So you’ve been trying to do the very thing we are asking to do? Maybe the vols AD and Greene can collaborate and make something happen.

Yes. Our schedule has always been too front loaded. What's Greene proposing? If it's trying to balance out schedules, I'm fairly certain Fulmer would be on board with that. The only thing that we're firm on is playing Bama in mid-October.

He definitely is for Auburn so it’s not so heavy on the back end and so that bama and UGA are on an opposite home/away rotation like they used to be.

Sounds like crying mercy.

The fear of UGA has become too great. I mean... how bad has the series gotten that Auburn has broken down and cried mercy to the SEC. It has only been a November game 116 times.

It’s more like UGA finally decided to compete on a national level instead of just trying to play spoiler to Auburn’s season.

It’s not like we want to cancel the game. We just want it a few weeks earlier. But clearly November’s Oldest Rivalry can’t be tampered with.

That's a fair enough thing for me. Some of us have very unbalanced schedules that need to be tweaked. It would make for better tv scheduling too given that there are certain weeks when nothing decent is on and others where you can't watch all the games.

This is a legitimate issue that I’m surprised hasn’t been handled.

Yeah. 116 games and your AD has lost his balls.

Arkansas made you look like idiots with that Gus contract.
And Georgia is making you look like you got no cajones.

War shame eagle.

You know playing an insane schedule might just have something to do with it. We wouldn't have been great but we'd have 2-3 more wins a year if our schedule was shifted around and you wouldn't be telling us how awful we were.

Maybe your AD needs to do something about it, like ours.

What exactly is the news here? The headline and lead are confusing; disjointed.
