He squared him around twice because Rhymes doesn't have a lot of power, to the gaps or otherwise, so why let him swing 2-0 with a runner on 1st? He wasn't going to bring him in. Just take a pitch if anything.

See my above post. Rhymes doesn't have the power to take it out of the park at TD Ameritrade and he isn't known for his power to the gaps. Bunting him over there is the right move.
And just to be clear I HATE this new strategy of constant small ball, but Rhymes should be bunting in that situation, in that park, 10 out of 10.
