Despite having the best coach of all time you can’t expect the gumps fans to understand the esoteric details of the game. As long as they can clap their hands at the bright lights on the television and know that dah numbah next to the Alabama logo is higher than the numbah next to dah other team’s logo than they are a happy bunch.
