And by the way, no OU fan has been happy by our conference schedules since the four teams left.

Only thing that helped was that both TCU and Baylor had historic runs considering where they usually are.

I’ll be the first to say the Big 12 got a lot weaker after that. That wasn’t really something we could control.

As for teams jumping up and biting you, unless you are Alabama that would happen to you too even in the Big 12. Catch ISU on a bad day and you are getting beat. Same with TCU many years. Same with OSU.

I would be the first to say that I was never happy with OU getting playoff invites unless we were undefeated or we had a huge OOC wins like Ohio State.

Oklahoma’s record in the proposed schedule swap with A&M

1) Kent St - W
2) Colorado - W
3) New Mexico - W
4) Arkansas - W
5) Miss St - L (Gotta have an inexplicable early season loss against a moderately talented team or it wouldn’t be OU football)
6) **ALABAMA - L
7) Mizzou - L (Frustration in the locker room is high)
8) South Carolina - W
9) Auburn - L
10) Ole Miss - W
11) Prairie View - W
12) LSU - L

7-5 - congratulations on bowl eligibility Sooner. You may even win two of those L’s you’re raging at and go 9-3 in a best case scenario. Not exactly the success you’re used to, but you will adapt to being a middling team soon enough.

Who came up with that schedule? The Pillsbury Dough boy? Oklahoma would throttle those cup cakes.

A few years back we tried to schedule Maryland for a home and home but they were already taken.

Also, we have to go out of conference for cupcakes. They aren't built into the conference schedules like the BigSoft.

Unlike the shite stain Big 12, we actually rotate our opponents and schedules every year. Meanwhile in the juggernaut Big 12, you've got....OK State and West Virginia remaining as the only teams with a pulse.

Now do Auburn's, tell us how you feel playing theirs.

That’s a nice schedule. Wish that was OU’s schedule. 3 tough teams. Not sure about LSU yet.

I think the Big 12 would match up pretty well with this list.. obviously Texas loses to Alabama.. but the other 7 games are pretty much a toss up imo. I think all 8 games would be pretty solid games to watch..

Texas vs Alabama
Iowa State vs LSU
The Leach Battle
Battle of the Hillbillies
OSU vs Ole Miss (no defense allowed)
TCU vs Missouri
Kansas State vs Auburn
Baylor vs South Carolina

You are correct.

I’m sure this is just a troll post but are you out of your mind?! Hope you watch OU’s defense eff people up this year. Then you’ll finally get it.

Yall eff up teams in the Big 12 and then suddenly other offenses look better than yours when you play them in a bowl/cfp, wonder why that is.

Sure most of those schools a full strength OU would expect to beat. What you will learn is it’s not the same playing them week in and week out. The SEC did TAMU a solid by not having anyone with a bye before facing them but mitigated that by putting their bye towards the end of the season.

You can’t rest your starters in the first 3 because of all the new faces and those are scrimmage games so you hope to get a huge lead early and just work on the basics. You really need to sub a bunch of guys in these 3 games because you need that depth. 1st SEC game is a neutral site game against an Arky that isn’t supposed to be very good but they have already been tested and going to go all out. You want to keep it as vanilla as possible because with enough tape any SEC staff can figure out how to take something away. You come out of that game easily but a couple off starters are dinged up. Next week is MSU and you can expect a shootout. Another team with nothing to lose playing all out with a completely different mindset and game plan to prep for. And next is Bama now you are down 2 starters and this is your biggest game on paper. You get boatraced and your QB is injured. Mizzou comes in and plays solid fundamental football but your D is spent. Between chasing Leachs MSU squad and BAMAs high octane O your D is gassed and Mizzou beats you (really Bama beat you twice). Now you limp into the UofSC game just trying to get healthy and waiting on the bye. Good news is the back end of the schedule gets easier. Kiffin at Ole Miss should be the last big game. Both teams are 7-2 and hoping to finish strong to bolster recruiting. Then a cupcake and ESPN decides to make the LSU a night game. And night games at LSU are enough to rattle a good team. So you finish 9-3, 3rd in the SEC West, Miss a playoff slot and can’t believe that you lost to a bad Mizzou team.

But how would we know they are good? Okie State is the 3rd best team in the Big 12 and by your own words, they are gimme wins if the hardest teams on your schedule are gimme’s, how is your defense good when it plays bad teams? Who else is hard on your schedule? 3 star but play like 5 star Iowa State?

The only team on that schedule that might beat Oklahoma is Alabama. A&M might've given them a good game if they had a QB but jimbo gonna Jimbo.

Even when LSU is rebuilding, there is still a ton of talent and Death Valley is a tough place to play. I don’t think Auburn has won in Baton Rouge in 20 years. Louisiana State ain’t Oklahoma State, as much as you Big 12 homers wish it was.

Arkansas went 3-9 last year, with a first year coach. Playing arguably the toughest schedule in the nation. TCU was so scared they backed out of the Texas bowl with us.

OU would be fortunate to come away with only 3 losses. They have decent to good 1st trying but in the SEC if you can’t put your 3rd string in without significant fear then you will lose games you shouldn’t on paper. If you don’t have 8 or guys guys you can start on both lines you will struggle if you can’t trot out 7-8 CBs you will get worn down and beat.

Everybody in the SEC has their 1s that can play with at least a couple playmakers. The top teams have rotations of playmakers. The SEC don’t play powderpuff ball. They hit, the tackle, the grind and they are more dedicated to getting better than anything in the Big12. You can’t hide a weakness long, and you can’t count on the same scheme for long.

Well of course they backed out. That vaunted Hawg defense would give the Kansas City Chiefs the chills. And don't get me started on that high powered offense. I hope y'all have a little mercy on Texas.

Your schtick is starting to get old. Why don't you grab one of those dildoes your ilk loves so much and cram it up your arse to your tonsils.
