Tua’s injury is a ploy.

His ankle was probably playable and would have been playable against LSU, but I think the surgery went so well last season that he and his family opted to go ahead and have it done to prevent future injuries. Apparently the surgery makes the ankle stronger and is beneficial in the long run.

He will be 100% okay, and I think many are looking too deeply at it. He needed help to get off the field last year when he sprained it. This time he checked himself out of the game and was walking fine. He even jogged off the sideline.

You're probably right. He's just giving them a reason to hold him out of Arkansas and save him for LSU. The clouds will part and he'll skydive into the stadium right before kickoff on 11/9.

I'm afraid of Arkansas without him.

To have such a severe sprain he walked really well in the tunnel. It’s a stretch, but Alabama could beat Arky with Freddie kitchens at qb.

The ploy is that he doesn’t have to worry about Ark and he has another week to break down LSU. Also LSU has to prepare for different QBs.

Nobody has to prepare for Whitey Jones, guy isn’t good.

The play calling changes that’s my point.

So he is faking injury and having surgery to sit for Arkansas and watch LSU game tape. I hope you realize how ridiculous that sounds.

There is nothing Mac Jones does that Tua doesn't/hasn't done. Very little will change for LSU's prep.

Racist---implying Jones is not good because of
the color of his skin.

Who was that high school that got busted for bringing in a player and simply putting a different number on him and calling him a different name?

Bama's gonna do that.

Now playing quarterback, Number 1, Walk On Freshmen Brom Tady.

Most clear cut Alabama alter ever to register on this website. Blatantly obvious that this is Cajunbama

That’s just his instincts of heading to the trainer’s tent taking over his body

No one said he is faking an injury. His ankle is sprained, but it’s probably not that severe. He didn’t even look like he was in any pain. Read the OP. The surgery is probably preventative and wasn’t even necessary. He could have finished the game judging by how he was walking, and 3 weeks from then he would have definitely been able to play.
