So by your logic we should also include anyone who threw any pass over their career.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire beats Tua's single season and career passing efficiency numbers by a landslide with a whopping 522.4

This is a dumb argument.

Because anyone with a shred of honesty will tell you Tua is an amazing player.

And while some may not admit it, they would still take 2019 burrow over Tua.

It's crazy looking at that list and seeing the recency of almost all of the guys on it. Obviously some great QBs but also some kind of pedestrian guys who clearly weren't going to play much at the next level. It's clear that a lot of this is a function of the way the game has changed, rules have been shifted to favor passing offense, etc.

Definitely true. They allow blatant holding by the tackles now. Plus they allow blockers downfield, and they allow receivers to push off more.

Additionally, QBs are developing more in high school.

Looking at that list is why AU and Malzahn have to move to more air raid/pro passing concepts. Been saying this for 5 years.

Tagovailoa also had the best pass efficiency rating this year but his injury cut short the year so he didn't complete the required 325 passes to rank for the year.

So he didn't have the best pass efficiency rating this year?
