That is good to see. Hate to see any player get hurt especially a competitor like he is.

I’m not familiar with a lot of gospel music (soul Christian music), but saying “someone named Kirk Franklin” is the equivalent to saying “someone named Johnny Cash” in the gospel music world.

I posted this earlier in a related topic but I’ll post it here as well...
First off, Thanks for sharing this. These videos are really heartwarming and uplifting for those genuinely wondering or are concerned about Tua.
I want to say too as a diehard LSU fan and someone who takes infinite pride in my university as well as others in our conference and across the nation that Saturday what happened to Tua reminded me that our passion as alumni, fans or whatever is not more important that these kids and their futures.
I hate Bama just as Bama hates LSU and I enjoy the intensity of our rivalry and the history of it as any other rival would but I felt immense sadness seeing Tua on the field hurt like he was. You know we all say we hate certain Star players on opposing teams but you know we’d all love them in a heartbeat if they put on our jersey.
I have nothing but respect and admiration for what Tua has been as a young man on and off the football field and what I know he’s meant to the state of Alabama and nationally for college football as a role model. You guys are very blessed that you got him because LSU knew his star would shine bright too which is why we tried to get him but y’all had him locked up.
I feel empathy for Tua, his family, coaches, his teammates, the University of Alabama and every fan that tuned in every Saturday in the fall to be in awe of what he was on the field. My best wishes, thoughts and deepest prayers go out to him, his family and the entire Bama family fans and all. Here’s to Tua being even better and stronger and a long, successful career as a professional football player and have his slice of pie. If any player at any program deserved it, in my opinion, he’s first...

I'm really pulling for him. Never, ever want to see a player injured.

As soon as you get out of the shadow of the Nicktator, everyone can finally sweet release and have some fun. It's like when the boss is out for the day.
