As was mentioned above, even Vandy 'beat Florida more recently' than Tennessee, as they both beat the gators last year, and Vandy plays them later in the season.

With a storied program like Tennessee, you will certainly run out of traditionally weak programs that have had more recent success against UGA than the Vols

Compliments to you for asking this question. I have several UGA friends who literally cannot acknowledge that we have ever beaten you. They just say we have come close a few times. We won’t be beating you anytime soon - unless you make the mistake of scheduling us for homecoming! I think we have only ever beaten you at Athens on your homecoming.
