He will likely either be a late first or early 2nd rnd pick in the NFL draft. Is it really worth Chambliss fighting the decision in court?

quote:
the student’s prior school include a physician’s note from a December 2022 visit, which stated the student-athlete was “doing very well” since he was seen in August 2022. Additionally, the student-athlete’s prior school indicated it had no documentation on medical treatment, injury reports or medical conditions involving the student-athlete during that time frame and cited “developmental needs and our team’s competitive circumstances” as its reason the student-athlete did not play in the 2022-23 season. The waiver request was denied.

If he does get a draft grade that high he needs to go pro.

For the third time btw. Ole Miss will keep crying until they try to get their way though. They’re new to this football thing and don’t understand the rules.

So we’re not meant to represent our QB’s interests? The rules are very obviously fluid. Kiffin himself has been testing them frequently.

Yeah let’s just sue the NCAA so everyone has unlimited eligibility! Dudes going to be 24 at the start of the season, go to the NFL.

You can't claim a medical red-shirt with no medical records though. What rule is that under?

We just played against a QB who was on his 6th season. If it’s done for others, there’s no reason not to try.

My thoughts exactly, make the NCAA rule on it, since they've shown zero consistency on how they make these rulings anyway
