Damn, Hugo. Everyone knows that "charge" can mean anything from an electrical shock to a credit card "charge". But in the context of this story, the word was misused. None of the forty-odd definitions you used apply here, especially not the bolded definitions. TR is not facing any kind of civil "charge". He may be facing a civil claim, or a civil lawsuit, but there is no such thing as a "civil charge" in the context used by the author of the article.

I don't think that people in this thread understand that anyone can sue anyone for anything in a civil court as long as they have a filing fee and someone to take the case.

I've actually changed my mind. I think these women were attacked, but they're lying about the story.
I think they were trying to bait TR, maybe into hitting them or something, but his girlfriend beat dat arse and now they're claiming Richardson ordered her to do it. Either way TR's girlfriend is the girlfriend of an NFL RB and related to Dwayne Johnson. Dat political interference gonna make this all go away.

Just curious, but has this thread been 11 pages of rantards taking these whores seriously and not knowing the difference between Criminal & Civil charges.
If this really happened, these hoodrats would have called the cops.
