4-0 has gone to your head. You match up better with us than Tennessee? You realize we are better at everything than Tennessee besides Hurd at running back right? I have never seen. Fan base this delusional on the Rant. You guys aren't good YET. Should be great in a couple of years but I don't think you match up well with us at all besides the secondary and we have too much talent to stop the passing all game. Not hating on Florida but let's just keep it reasonable. Yall may win and it would be an upset but if you prefer playing us because you think you matchup better with us, I am sorry for you.

Only been here for a few days I'm guessing?

Ole Miss is averaging 5.5 yards a carry this year good for 3rd in the SEC. It's not like we don't know how to run the ball any either. Alabama's front 7 shites on Florida's I'm sorry man.

shite's on? No. It's better. But our Dline is every bit as good. Their Lbs are better, our secondary is better.

See the point? UF's defense overall is better. Now offense...that's another issue.

Our defense is more equipped to stop the pass than to stop the run.Ole Miss passes the ball and Tennessee runs the ball. That is a matchup problem with Tennessee. And a good match up with Ole Miss.

Okay mister stats here is one: 50 yards per game! That is the difference in rushing yards per game between Ole Miss & UT....and UT didn't play Bama yet which is likely the best run defense in the nation.

I never said Florida would win this game.

Maybe you didn't but sure are plenty of people on here claiming that Ole Miss won't be able to handle your D. I said it will be a chess match and others are saying things like "shut down Ole Miss wide outs".

Welp! There we have it boys! We got ourselves another one upper! Can't make a thread without Bama or LSU inserting a guy who played for them into the convo. That player always being better, of course

No one outside of Oxford, Mississippi thinks Laquon Treadwell is better than Amari Cooper. If they do, at them.

That isn't to say Treadwell is bad, he isn't. He's just not Amari Cooper good. It isn't a knock, few in the world are.

Some seriously terrible Ole Miss posters in this thread.

This game worries the hell out of me. Florida's defense is really good, their pass rush is excellent, their defensive backs are incredible.

Thankfully, our defense is also pretty good (they could be playing way better though) and Florida's offense is not that frightening.

This game comes down to our OL holding up against stud pass rushers and giving enough time for Kelly to find an open option.

One thing keeping me hopeful is that I know Ole Miss's performance vs. Vandy was more about coming off of a big win at Bama and not being able to get hyped up for Vandy.

And there isn't some seriously terrible Florida fans on this thread? I mean there are guys that freely admit they haven't watched an Ole Miss game yet are making predictions.

I agree with everything you basically posted but at the same time it is absolutely ludrious to think that every single WR for Ole Miss will be shut down each and every play. Just as it is equally stupid to consistently say Ole Miss won't run the ball when the weakness of Florida's D is their run defense. It will be a chess match when Ole Miss goes up against their D. The real issue will be Florida's O going up against the Ole Miss D....sort of hard to win a game if you don't out score an opponent.

Keep repeating the mantra, click heels...

How about I just post stats from the last 3 years that proves it?

2013:

UF - 171.8 YPG 9 TDs
UA - 180.3 13 TDs

2014:

UF - 213.6 YPG 15 TDs
UA - 222.0 19 TDs

2015:

UF - 193.3 5 TDs
UA - 210.3 6 TDs

Just because you keep rocking back and fourth muttering "They're not better" over and over doesn't make it true.

Sorry.

I didn't say there weren't, I'm just surprised there are so many rebels that are so confident and trash talking a good Florida defense in a non-trolling manner.

Defenses can score too, so even if their offense can't, Ole Miss will have to watch out on special teams and defense, because I can see Florida getting a pick or two, we better hope they don't take it to the house if they do.

Regardless, it will be a hell of a game, and I expect it to be a nail biter.
