Forgive me SOG, I am not very bball knowledgeable. SEC only has one bubble team? Is that what this means?

Really none, which is kind of crazy.
6 teams are basically locks at this point - Alabama, Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee, Florida and LSU. Ole Miss had crept onto the bubble but then lost at home to State today which threw them way off it .

I was told the SEC sucks at basketball this season. No way we should get 6 teams in the tournament. According to the professionals on this board, the SEC should feel lucky if we get four teams in.

That's not even half of the conference and only 4 teams are ranked. We should be putting 8 or 9 teams in the tournament.

Well with covid it’s not a real season. It’s just for fun. Kind of like Bama’s “national championship,” it doesn’t really count.

Arkansas desperately needs to get to the 4 seed line. A huge difference between playing a 10-12 seed vs a 13 seed.

But also much better to be a 6 than a 4/5 and missing out on Gonzaga/Baylor until the Elite 8

After the past 25 years Arkansas shouldn’t focus on the Elite 8. Their main focus should be getting past the 1st weekend.

A 6 seed is usually playing a hot P5 11 seed who snuck into the tourney on momentum.
