Either that or poor play-calling, clock management, or a retard in control of your football program..

True, but that Alabama team in 07 was not nearly as talented as LSU this year

I ain't saying Miles isn't a retard...I just think the past two seasons LSU went from playing poorly to completely bottoming out after losses to Bama.

Losing to Alabama is clearly a season ender.

Ole Miss handled it well.

Are you kidding me? Ole Miss should have lost that game. If Miles wasn't so fricking stupid they would have.

It's more of a matter of LSU should have won that game than Ole Miss should have lost. Ole Miss played great and made just enough plays to almost seal the deal if it wasn't for blind luck on two plays.

I'm surprised people haven't started accusing Miles of throwing the game in the SEC conspiracy. It looked like he stopped trying.

Ol Miss certainly deserved to win this game. They outplayed LSU in every way, and CERTAINLY outcoached them. When LSU recovered that onside kick it seemed like Lucky Les would do it once again.

Agree, it was only the shear athletic ability of Lafell who even gave us a chance at the end. Coaches did nothing to help and in fact we are lucky to even be close at the end with them constantly putting of players in no win situations.

So it would seem.

LSU has tremendous talent and played hard till the very end. Time just ran out--it happens sometimes. But the Tigers did not quit. I know the timeout wasn't handled well, but that stuff happens.
