List is retarded. And everyone knows it. Now how many schools have Billionaire tech CEOs as alumni? I know one. All he has to do is decide he wants to see his school win and it is done. He runs Apple.
If you want to go by past cheating and titles the list still sucks. You want to go by money which is the new world the list sucks. Media in this country is a joke.

Probably most of them?
Not one has substantially cut into their liquidity to make a football team really good. Should make you think.

I am not an lsu fan but how are they not the best job? The money is there and they have no real competition in state. Even the usual LA poachers are down relatively to past years. LSU is where I'd go to win big.

Where’s Ole Miss? Who would have thought LSU is a better job than OM

USC = arguably the prettiest area in the country, and proximity to one of the largest cities in the world. Can command an insane, poorly structured multi year deal worth $10 million a year. Get to play a cupcake schedule, besides the occasional trip to Columbus or Iowa, and if you win 10 games you automatically buy another 3 years because people think you’re the next Pete Carroll.
LSU = insane/borderline rabid fanbase, win now or beware, must live close to area with some of the highest cancer rates in the nation due to refineries, not close to a major city besides New Orleans, and their admin has shown they will try to weasel out their buyout obligations when they inevitably fire you for disappointing (8-4). Have to play a ridiculous gauntlet of a schedule rivaling the NFC east (joking obviously, but still hard).
I say all of this tongue in cheek, because obviously this assessment runs contrary to conventional thought today, but also, highlight it to convey there’s more than one way to determine what’s “best” and how we measure that.
