making the AP poll as member of SEC is easy as pie.
they had SC ranked no. 4 two years ago at the beginning of the season.

i probably shouldn't talk trash about TN, because why elevate them. they aren't a relevant program anymore.
i only remember playing TN once, and CU destroyed them in the Peach bow, and that CU team had like 4 losses on the season.
same CU team that destroyed SC 63-17 in Columbia. Whitehurt at QB.

To the OP, USC won the Palmetto Series for this season. The Palmetto Series keeps count of head to head for all sports in the academic year.

I don't need to be an expert on Clemson basketball to understand that a team that couldn't even make the NIT this past year is not a sleeper to win the National Championship.

i would love to see SC play in the ACC, your team missed the tournament despite playing the easiest schedule in the country for a large uni
clemson had wins over Duke, Lousiville, Miami, Pitt, etc. and a winning record in the ACC, they werent a cupcake

I'll be the first to admit that we fricked up bad down the stretch and that our schedule was pretty pitiful. We also wouldn't do very well in the ACC.
But we did beat y'all on your home court, and the arena was half full of Gamecocks.
