I believe that is the dance team. At least half the girls pictured are on dance teams. For instance 2 out of 3 of the Bama pics are the Crimson Cabaret, the dance team.

See, that's the thing. Better than half of these pics are DANCE SQUADS and not cheerleaders. If we are gonna consider dance squads, the rest of the country is gonna have a hard time beating the Golden Girls.
Fubar'ed article. It's like doing an article on who has the best offensive line in college football, and then awarding the top spot to Kentucky's basketball team!
(Not to take away from the women at State. Those dancers are freakin' HOT! They're just not cheerleaders.)

FWIW 85% of our cheerleading squad graduated/quit after last year. So yeah we got some scrubs. But the dance team is solid.
