I don't know about other states, but in Florida it is state law. It has something to do with laws about funding the women's sports.

Congrats on 14th in accounting, endowment aside, A&M was #1 or close in; football attendance, ticket cost, tv viewers, and set the donations record. The art of trolling is using the right bait, not just the right target.

Hate to play the role of Captain Financial Obvious but Expenses is money going OUT, revenue is money coming IN. Travel for bowl games would be an EXPENSE, not a REVENUE.
