Easily... Oregon has Nike money and that's about it. They don't generate the kind of money that the large SEC schools generate. Small stadium...and it is the Pacific Northwest. College football is not a major religion there, like it is in the South.

Seriously...how the frick is Texas not easily winning the SEC now every year...they are loaded with money...they should be able to buy the best roster yearly.
