2009 - Alabama-Texas - 17.17
2008 - Florida-Oklahoma - 15.80
2003 - Oklahoma-LSU - 14.5
2004 - Southern Cal-Oklahoma - 13.7

Ohio State and Texas always bring in large viewer-ship. It'll be interesting to see how Auburn-Oregon stacks up against these numbers.

I'm going to guess around a 16.5 imo.

Interestingly, the years when there has been the most controversy (01, 03, 04, and 08), the ratings were lowest and when it was mostly clearcut, there tended to be high ratings

Because in all 6 games, one of the teams was ranked either #1 in the country (3 games for Bama, 1 game for Auburn) or #2 in the country (2 games for Auburn).
