Yeah, it says nobody cares. They're just not bothering to tell you. You kept Pittman.

Don’t think you can blame Petrino for a Jimbo Fisher run football team. He purposely ran them into the ground so he could get paid the same and go to the beach.

Petrino will replace Sam. He was told to hire Bobby or get fired!

Please tell us more, this is riveting…..

It kinda sucks for Bobby. He’s expected to put the program on his back. Pittman gets to ride Bobby’s shoulders to his $5M check.

Why’s it odd? He’s a good offensive play caller and QB coach. He also fills that babysitter role for Pittman to lean on. Not saying he’s our savior but we should be better.
However, Arkansas football can’t be serious again until Pittman is gone.

Not true. We would’ve just fired Pittman instead.

Good enough to be rent free in your head. Typical Mizzery fan.

No, it didn’t. It’s more of a bone to the fans than anything. I would argue it’s the opposite of balls.

He admitted Jimbo made him run his offense. It was what Aggie fans knew plus they lost their starting QB. Mainly he had to learn Jimbo’s offense which is wild.
If you hire Petrino it’s to let him do his thing on offense. Jimbo got fired this year because he can’t give up control

Is Petrino bringing an entire offensive line? If not, I’m not sure it will matter what play he calls.

We’re recruiting heavily in the portal for Oline.

Took a huge lack of imagination to re-hire a coach fired for cause.

It seems like a hire that they already know they will fire Pittman halfway thru the season and let Petrino take over.

Is Bobby going to be allowed to bring his sons in? Weren’t they with him at Arkansas too when he was HC?
The son I remember seeing was a high school kid. His brother Paul was receivers coach.

Petrino was running Jimbo’s prehistoric offense.
He was still a very good play caller w/ a true dual threat at Missouri St.

If the team improves, Sam will not be fired. If it doesn't, both will be fired. If the team improves and Sam retires, maybe Bobby will replace him.
This is Broyles level interference from the AD, which is funny. I wonder what Hatfield and Crowe think.
