Might as well. The only good modern governors are Auburn men. In the last 20 years.
Bama grads:
Don Siegleman- crook doing jail time
Robert Bentley- crook that will possibly be impeached and deserves jail time
Auburn grads:
Bob Riley- good clean governor
Fob James- good clean governor

Honestly I think Bobby Petrino would be much a better fit as Governor of Alabama.

Dunno about AL but celebs have done poorly running for TN Gov. Politics in the states, anyway, are still local.
