They have lost 4 recruits. 5 if you include the 2011 class.
If Lane and Co. contacted any present UT students that are enrolled and showed up to class today, they have violated NCAA rules. I think it is pretty clear they have broken that rule.
8 early enrollees were on campus and went to class today.
If the early enrollees decide they want to transfer between now and signing day, they would have to sit out a year under the NCAA rule book.

He's being tight lipped about it. He said he's in Knoxville but he wouldn't say if he moved into the dorms or not.

Yeah I thought that if they did not show up for class today they could withdraw all their classes. Thus letting them still enroll in another school. Isn't LSU in hunt for one of these kids too?

The AD said today that if they were on campus at 12:01 this morning, they were considered enrolled, whether they went to class or not.
Also classes at UT technically start today, most students first day is tomorrow.

If the UTk AD tries to dick these kids around with some sort of BS technicality then UTk deserves to be the laughing stock of CFB
Same goes if its true they are trying to hire Dan Mullen... they would be pulling the same thing on MSU that USC and Kiffin pulled on them.

He was asked about letting some of the players out of their scholarship and said something like 'we're not planning to do that'. He made it pretty clear that the 8 players he met with this morning were going to either play for UT or sit out a year.
