Petrino will never be the HC of a major program ever again

I wouldn't say that but I would say that his reputation hasn't been sufficiently rehabilitated to be a HC at a major program next season.

When he does get his shot, he'd be wise to try to kick start his career out west where the don't really play much defense to begin with and haven't all been laughing at his demise as much.

If the rest of your DBs are scrubs why bother throwing to who he is covering?

Actually I have had some leadership experience. When team leaders are out of town, I take over.

This is good to point out. Also any projects you worked on where you may have taken the lead on the whole thing or some aspect of it. How you may have helped guide co-workers through change, etc.

I've interviewed many people over the years who were very good workers. Many of them think their good work record automatically makes them leadership material. It's pretty easy to tell whether they really "get it" or not so you have show that you get it.

You need to sell the hiring manager on your leadership abilities and that you can think strategically. Not this.
Maybe he just wanted a little privacy to pinch off a huge stinker.

I can't say I blame him with all of the Bama zealots loitering around that event.

re: Rotating the SECCG

It's not going to happen.

Atlanta is the media hub for the conference.

Atlanta is a short trip for the SEC higherups from Birmingham.

It has some semblance of a neutral site (not really but kind of)

You can fly into Atlanta non-stop from practically anywhere

It is the most financially successful conference championship game. No one wants to chance screwing that up.

A new $950 million facility is on the horizon.

I'd say the chances of the game leaving Atlanta anytime soon is somewhere between 0 and -1.

re: Sam Snead - in the GOAT Discussion!

Tiger also has no military service, and is playing in a time where his actions are displayed like a pop stars. Tiger is great, Jack was better, but I think Snead is the whole package, and that's what it takes to be GOAT - the whole package. Put Tiger in the 30-50's or put Snead in today's time...how would fighting for his country, then winning majors be represented?

Plus, Snead only played in the British Open once, I believe. He said it cost him more money than he made winning the tournament to play.

He played a lot of tournaments in Canada because they paid him apperance fees.

Two Black Sabbath songs immediately come to mind - Into the Void and Black Sabbath

A couple Iron Maiden pre-Bruce Dickinson - Phantom of the Opera and Wrathchild

Metallica - Disposable Heroes

And of course - Paradise City

Not a concept album. There was a 20 minute song and then 5 other songs that had nothing to do with the first one.

THe pure genius of your posts just keeps escalating.

If you think the powers of the SEC look down on your Hogs, I can assure you that the Horns view you as a bug on Bevo's arse not worthy of a Thanksgiving weekend rivalry match up.

You have a MUCH higher opinion of yourselves than the rest of the college football world has of you.

you said Miles beat "our best coach in history" 2 of the last 3 but conveniently left out the 4th meeting.

Where exactly did I say that? Please provide the link. Thanks.

you specifically mentioned "our best coach in history", did he coach in all those games?

This is taking a very sad turn.

Congratulations, you have officially become Ole Miss.
