Well how many coaches do you know go from three wins in one to nine the next?

Tucker and Day don’t belong on this list. It’s pretty hard to argue against the other 3.

All 5 were fantastic hires with very bright futures. Idk if I'd have them ranked like that sequentially, but they're all very good

I’m calling bullshite. You must have been born before 1957. My youngest daughter is 20, and she’s been alive for six Bama national champions and they played for three more. That’s nine of her 20 years on earth.
Auburn has 12 undefeated seasons in its history (several of those seasons had ties) and EIGHT of the 12 came between 1893 and 1958, so four undefeated seasons in the last 64 years

haven’t seen anyone predicting this at this time. Even Sam smiles and rolls his eyes when folks talk about us competing for championships right now,
I’ve heard many ppl say Arky is making the jump from 9-4 to 11+ wins. I hope they do. But I’ve never seen it happen without top 10 talent.

Weird because Arkansas went 11-2 10 years ago with barely top-40 talent.

Agree but Ryan Day has it easier than the rest of those. The Big Ten is garbage.

Pittman has done nothing short of miracles in his time in Fayetteville. That program was beyond the level of a dumpster fire when he took them over. He immediately made them competitive despite their perceived talent deficiencies.
Every word of that is truth. Bielema started the bus off the road. Morris drove it straight off a cliff.

Georgia was the superior team yes but Arkansas helped them out by giving them easy points in the first quarter.
Having Arkansas at 9-3/8-4 each year are realistic expectations. I don't know any Arkansas fans that expect better than that.
Yes Arkansas isn't really blowing it up in recruiting but since Sam got here, it has slightly improved each year and this year will be no different. But I remember seeing that all rankings are 75% skill players. What Sam is doing is rebuilding both lines on each side of the ball. He is getting offensive lineman that are 6-5 to 6-9 330-370 type bodies. Build up depth on both sides then worry about skill players. This is why his recruiting classes aren't stellar because he needs more beef. He just can't rotate bodies in and out like some SEC teams do.
Georgia is not just good and what makes them good is they have a couple of decades of building depth that just wears down opponents. Arkansas just doesn't have that because since joining the SEC they never had the coaching to do so. But maybe Sam can change that.

Arkansas football has been dysfunctional for decades. From the Jack Crowe firing, Bobby falling off a motorcycle, Bert losing back to back double digit leads to Chad Morris 2-10 seasons.

If the Big 4-0 is two weeks away from you then you have seen one NC. Not sure where that second one is coming from

Arkansas went 10-3/11-2 in two years without top 10 talent. They went 9-4 with only three players drafted. Arkansas fans don't expect him to win 11 games each year but I would never say never because it might happen.

What has Ryan Day accomplished?
34-4
Two B1G championships
Two playoff appearances
One CFP final appearance
Pretty darn good start to a career
Yeah, but, you know, other than that

Out of that 5 Ryan Day is easily #1.
