Next year will be different...trust me!!! You have to realize that you now play in the most dominating league in college football. You will still play the likes of Alabama and LSU!!! So we will wait and see...

Ask auburn and Arkansas how hard it is to remain relevant in this division. Poor miss st and ole miss have pretty good teams and the finish last every year.

Your not arkansas or auburn huh? How many big 12 titles have you won in the last 10 years. How many big 12 south titles did you win? You do realize auburn has 2 undefeated seasons in the last 8 years right?

It wasn't tamu that was bad, it was Sherman. If we had Sumlin, we
1. Not give up so many second halfs
2. Get decent recruits.
Did you know Sherman didn't want manziel redshirted, but the offensive coordinator did so anyway. That OC must be feeling pretty special

It's always the prior coach. Let the league adjust to Sumlin and see what happens. Not saying you won't do okay, but you are now in the toughest division in college football. You have not earned any more respect than 3rd place in the sec west.

OP, you are correct. A&M will be better next year than this year. I laugh when I see posters from other schools talking about who we lose next year and how that will hurt us. You have no idea who else we have waiting in the wings.We know our team better than you as evidenced by all of you saying JFF would get killed by all the big, tough defenses he would face. He still appears to be pretty healthy to me.

You cats are a pretty arrogant bunch for a program with 0 national titles since 1939 (WWII for those counting) and no conference titles in 14 years. Yeah, you guys are rolling now.

This is how I feel. Win the SEC title then talk shite. I will give Sumlin and the Aggies credit. They did better in their first year than everyone expected. Now they are talking BCSNC. Don't put the cart before the horse.

They played with quite a chip on their shoulder this year. Manziel will in all likelihood be coming off a Heisman. Everyone will be looking to T off on them next year. This year it seemed like opponents were sitting back trying to feel them out while A&M came out swinging. Could be a different attitude and approach from their opponents next year.
That said, they got absolutely gifted with their schedule. It's hard not to think the SEC set them up for some success early to gain eyeballs in that Texas TV market. Maybe not, but they don't need any help that's for sure.
