Is it normally half-empty during the 4th quarter of a 6 point game against a ranked team?

The announcers were even commenting that there were about 60,000 fans left in the stands and they were making tons of noise.

I had to call BS

Naw, that was about right. My kid had to pee at 4:30 to go in the 4th. We hauled arse to the restroom and were back with 2:30 left. We work on the 2 minute pee drill at home

Anyone know why? It seems like you have a passionate fan base. I'd be embarrassed if it looked like that at BDS. Not flaming.. I just don't get it.

dude what kind of fricking fan are you feeding this troll bullshite. i have never seen Tiger Stadium HALF empty in the 4th quarter, especially during a close game. do you dumb fricks in this thread realize half empty means 46,000 people left in the stands? MAYBE with a minute or two left to go and the game in hand.. but by halftime? the start of the 4th quarter? give me a fricking break.

It was not half empty - maybe 5000 to 10,000 fans left early.

most people that leave are older and want to miss the traffic or the ones that get too drunk before the game and ran out of ziploc whiskey and need to get to a nearby bar asap

Do you know how hard it must be to eat bourbon an cheerios for breakfast, wash it down with a couple of zigzngs, drink beer for seven or eight hour and then polish off a fifth of crown in the first 3 quarters. I'd die on the spot.

I took a picture from the student section (looking at the rest of the stadium) right before JJ took a knee. It was well over 80k people. 60k is just bs.
