They need to move the SECCG to Dallas. It no longer makes sense to host in Atlanta.

I get it, Texas fans are selling faster than A&M fans can buy them up I guess I just figured prices would remain steady due to the demand of A&M fans.

Even the realiably fanatical support of the A&M fanbase is no match for the pathetic apathy and shallowness of the horns fair weather fan base. Sad.

Prices should be dropping.... The novelty of the game was last year. Paying over $400 for a football game is insane but hey if you like setting fire to worthless fiat currency you do you I'd rather have bullion.

You’re obviously correct in your logic.

And if we’re talking about money matters… the smart play is to buy expensive tickets as charitable contributions at a fundraiser.

Convince some friends to buy your tickets and get yourself some more for cheaper.

Not sure how/why you think visiting fans affect home ticket prices... but you do you hoss.
Someone did not pay attention in Econ 201.

If t.u. season ticket holders are selling their seats in larger numbers than usual, there is an increase in supply and thus a decrease in price.

If Aggy fans are not buying tickets (saving for Atlanta?) there is a decrease in demand and thus a decrease in price.

Somewhat inclement weather expected. Lots of longhorns opting to sell tickets and stay home to watch on big screen.

Great opportunity for Aggies to drive in on gameday. Just checked and ticket prices are still dropping. Won't be surprised if people who buy day of game get in for $200.

Thinking about going to the game if I like the value. Why else?

I also went to the OU-Michigan game.

It’s fun watching good teams. Never know what Texas fans might do, throw trash on the field, boo their QB.
