We definitely have the pitching for it this year. We are really missing a guy or two that can just absolutely rake that other teams are literally just scared to death to face when they come to the plate though. I'm afraid that may be our downfall. We stranded way too many guys on base last night. LSU tried their best to give us way more runs and we didn't capitalize.

Yeah, not to take anything away from LSU because they fought hard in an extremely hostile Thursday away environment. But you’re absolutely right about leaving way too many runners on and not capitalizing - that’s concerning. Still, a W against LSU in baseball is usually a good thing.
