Went to Fayetteville to watch the Ags and Hogs. We had a great time there. The entire area is really nice and the downtown area is just big enough.

One of the best road trip destinations in my opinion and I have been to quite a few. Really wish Hogs and Ags played a home and home because I would much rather go to Fayetteville than Arlington.

us too. about tired of the jerruh world game

Don’t listen to that guy. I’ve been all over the world and every state in America. Baton Rouge is my favorite town on earth. I live right in the middle of the city (Southdowns) and rarely even lock my doors. One time I heard someone peel-out on the street - wildest thing that’s happened in my 8 years of living here.

Fayetteville is great. I hated leaving in a lot of ways. My only negative was the music scene is shitty. But that's the same problem that 95+% of America has.

It's a cultural shift. Dickson used to have multiple live-music venues in the 1990s, and many good local bands.

The venues are difrerent, but now it's mostly cover bands, Classic Rock, and folk, and the drinking is the primary focus.

"Live music" in general is in a decline. Kids don't listen to "albums". They download one song. You can't tour much on one song, and half of your potential audience is at home playing video games.

I'm just saying the culture here is pretty white, and probably doesn't appeal much to the average young black athlete. We have a couple of shitty nightclubs, but mostly it's froo-froo hipster bars, local beer, great coffee, and guitar folk bands, live theater, and bicycle/hiking/kayaking culture.

We all do.

I understand why we play there and I actually love the game in Arlington BUT it's a conference game played off campus.

We really need to work a series with SMU, TCU, or even Texass in Arlington and play the ags on campus.

Hey now.... G-Eazy with Lil Uzi Vert, Ty Dolla $ign, P-Lo and Murda Beatz are coming to the AMP. Hopefully they don't get arrested if the crowd decides to rush the stage.

The state of Arkansas is a hidden gem. Love the Fayetteville area, Hot Springs, and the White River

NWA is a great place, Congrats.

But you're bragging on an article that lists Austin, TX as #1

Fayetteville is a very fun town.

However, best place to live and best place to go to college are not the same thing (though Fayetteville seems like a great place to go to school).

Most places on the list seem like great places for people right out of college or old people. Both groups have more time to fill with extracurricular activities and limited budgets.
At this stage in life I'm looking to get away from more people and more activities
