Deboer is a big game coach, and I think he'll have Russell ready to roll and the whole team ready to roll. They also get their center back, who supposedly is really good. As shitty and disjointed as offensive line play is in college football these days, when you lose your center the offensive line is pretty much cooked. Georgia's offense went to shite after Drew Bobo went down last season.

My prediction is that if Leavitt's Heisman odds improve after the game, LSU will win. But if Leavitt is no longer a darkhorse Heisman candidate after just becoming a darkhorse Heisman candidate in the last few weeks, then Alabama will win.

We needed a bye, BAD, and I don't expect to see a Tennessee-like performance in Baton Rouge this weekend.

You forgot how terrible Deboer teams are on the road... I fully expect Kiffin to blow the doors off this below avg. Bama squad.

This. 100% this. First series will be 3 straight passes with the first 2 air mailed and a 5 yard pass to a TE and a punt. We might run it once in the first 4 series. If we are lucky Keelon breaks off a big run just to keep LSU honest when protection breaks down. It will be LSU 10-0 after the 1rst Quarter.

We've ran more than passed on opening series in every game except UT though.

A&M: 2 of the first 3 plays were run plays.

UT: 3 pass plays and punt.

UGA: 3 of the first 4 plays were run plays.

MSU: 2 out of the first 3 plays were run plays.

SCar: First 3 plays were run plays

FSU: 2 out of the first 3 plays were run plays

UK: first play was a pass, 2nd was a run, 3rd was a pick six

ECU: 4 out of the first 6 plays were run plays.

He is 4–2 against AP Top-25 teams in true road games while at Bama (4-0 against AP top-10 teams). Like Hip Swivel said, he has no problem getting his team up for big games against good teams.

Its the teams that we are significant favors against that have given him problems for whatever reason.

I still contend that Deboer is a big game coach

He ended Georgia's 33 game home winning streak last season. The year before that he emptied out Tiger Stadium in the third quarter. Both of those games were after bye weeks.

Baker has to prove he can stop a mobile qb . Bama has had some key players out also that should be back . I’m still taking Tigers to win but bama will cover

I rarely over the the last 20 years have felt bad about it.

I do here.

Their lines are better it seems to me. Advantage LSU.
