What excuse do you have for his other 12 years in the league?

Had had a pretty good defense most of those years.

I think Tennessee is going to be much improved. As far as the west goes, top to bottom better than the east. Just a fact.

Alabama will always have a nasty defense to play with anyone. Auburn is loaded on talent, remains to be seen how much better their defense is. ATM the same. I think Ole Miss will have as good a defense as anyone, but offense is the question for now. Msu lost a lot of bigtime players but return Prescott. Probably take half a season until they get it going. Arkansas will beat some quality teams and make you like it with their style of play. The west will see losses vs each other which will make all of us hating being in the west.

The fact that your offense sucked golf balls through a soda straw is the ONLY reason Chavis doesn't have more titles

LSU had a record-setting offense in 2013, pal. The only reason we didn't win a title is because of Chavis. His defense was also the reason we didn't win the west the previous year. Just remember that.

pray tell what you think is the best division in college football

Reading comprehension not a strong point for Bama fans, apparently.

"Strongest west division in its history" compares SEC West to previous years' SEC West, not to current other divisions or conferences.

Nevertheless, seeing how the SEC West got destroyed in the postseason, take your pick. SEC West was 0-2 vs. Big Ten, 0-1 vs. ACC (0-2 if you count ND in the ACC), 2-1 vs. Big XII (nicely done Arkie and Aggy).

I thought the Bama fan was talking upcoming season? Say what you want but playing every team in the Sec west is as tough as it is. Sure bowl matchups are one thing, but as far as the number of quality teams in the west, you are drunk if you think the division is not brutal.

not saying that 2015 west will be better than 2010, but you can't have these win totals unless you have punching bags in the division. also, you won't see 2/3 of the division with 10+ wins if everyone is playing 6 division games and the last place team is still winning bowl games.
