PSU #7 is hurdled, #6 stands him up temporarily,, so #29 dives for the ball (as he should) and #11 attempts to punch the ball out (as he should), but Love...NEVER FAILS.

It was incredible in real time. Even more so in slow motion.
Credit to officials for not being premature on those whistles.

In slow motion it looked like ballet, which was misleading.

At regular speed it simply looked like a bull running over rodeo clowns.

The whole run is incredible. After the first hit, where he ends up sort of falling backwards, then watch how he swivels his hips towards the goal line. Incredibly athletic!

As I mentioned, I would never fault #11 in a film review…there’s a little bit of body control coaching, but wouldn’t change anything about the way he played that

That’s top 5 overall draft pick Abdul Carter.

Playing with a clearly hurt shoulder and that was one of the few times in the game it was evident - he was trying to avoid a head on with that shoulder.

And I still can’t believe Love did that at all much less with what’s been going on with his knee.

Jim Carlen once said that, when he was recruiting, he could always tell what RBs and FBs had potential greatness in them by which direction they were facing when they hit the ground.

I got to thinking about it. There's probably some physics in there somewhere.

That honestly might have been the greatest run in I’m not going to quit that I’ve ever seen. How could you lose with a back like that? I’m calling it. The Irish win. Nearly beast mode 2.0
