I bought tickets for my grandson and nephew - who loves the Dallas Stars - for his first in person hockey game - to see the upcoming club hockey rivalry game (club D1 teams) between Oklahoma and Oklahoma State club hockey team in march.

You might be saying who cares - well, considering most of these club teams in the SEC are self-funded and they play for the love of the game- every dollar goes to directly supporting ice time, equipment gear and travel. It’s for a good cause :dusty in here:

I hope this inspires other people to get involved too! These kids know they’re not gonna play in the nhl and it’s still fun to watch them play the sport of hockey that they love so much.

Hockey is an underrated sport to watch live.

Get the puck out of here. Kentucky has a club team that has a small but hardcore group of supporters.

Something he'll remember forever. I still remember mine from when I was a kid!

Hockey in the south is apt to turn into a very frigid match of water polo....who needs that???

Hockey is indeed played south of the Mason-Dixon line.
