also I'm a big fan of the top patio at the Den. Great view of downtown Dallas and there's a nice little private bar up there as well so you don't have to wade through the masses in the club downstairs.

Lat, were you of age back in the 90's when the Fare East on Greenville was open?
Posted on 7/19/12 at 5:44 pm to Sao
I was a teenager in the 90s. Only been here since 06 with a stint in NYC in between.

Go see the Cotton Bowl at night, and try to live to tell about it.

Also the JFK museum is cool if you like history and is right downtown.
There's also 9 trillion good restaraunts in DFW so you'll eat well

Amsterdam Bar was a cool spot around Fair Park if it's still open, that and the hipster pizza place.

By far the best gem in town in those days. Small. Cheap. Vast range of hots. Touching? Would be offended if you didn't. God I loved that place.
A tray of 20 $1.00 kamikazi shots or 8 oz draft? Yes please...
Regal Beagle was tits, too

There's a Sherlocks Pub by the stadium that is ok but that's about it as far as bars go.

How old are you? Are you a redneck or a city slicker?
Those two questions will totally change the way this question should be answered.

I'm 29 live in Houston(midtown)
I will be there with my girlfriend and her parents. They are from Alabama. they bought my ticket to the game(didn't have a choice haha) I am taking them out on Friday night.
I am really liking the Medival Times idea.

Staying FOR FREE with a co-worker at her sister and brother in law's in Keller. She was saying that there's a Hilton near there with really good restaurants/bars near it. What are some good bar/restaurants/places of interest in the Fort Worth area?

Bring your clubs and go to Top Golf.

Haha. I have always heard good things about medival times.
I suggested Top Golf. GFs dad plays a lot of golf. But were not sure about GF and her mom.
We will be in the mood to party so I think JFK museum is out of the question.

I'd stick to Ft. Worth unless y'all are German motor enthusiasts with a penchant for plastic surgery. If this is the case buy an 8ball from someone in bama and hit up the clubs in Dallas.
If you are a southern gentleman, you'd be best served in Ft. Worth. Stockyards, Sundance Square bars, Reata, and the TCU bar scene.
Urbanspoon for a list of good places to eat.

This would be a bad idea.
I went there on a school field trip in 6th grade.
