There will be someone better in the big 12 next year.

Nah. If someone put up the same numbers in the Big 12 next year it wouldn’t be as impressive as what Joe did in the SEC this year. Anyone with a brain knows that.

Burrow had a great year. He, hopefully will have a great NFL career.
But we have heard the same things about Johnny Manziel and Cam Newton.

Every 5 years or so we have a "once in a lifetime" performance from a player.

Cam’s the closest but the numbers Joe put up this year so far are unheard of. Like I said earlier in this thread. Someone will throw for more yards and TDs but it’ll be a long time before we see those numbers AND that high of a completion %. His accuracy has been stupid this year.

I’m pretty sure the same thing was said about...

Lawrence
Tua
Murray
Baker
Jackson
Winston
Manziel
Cam
And Tebow too.

And none of them put up the numbers like Joe this year. That’s what I’m trying to say.

They will be another on just like him, next year. Apparently you haven't been paying attention in the last decade.

Wait shite didn't he kinda suck the year before and than ride the pine the years before that. But after one season he is the goat? Bahahahahahaha talke about living in the moment he won't make the the top 25 list at college football lore.

Yup, it's all downhill for you guys after this year.

So your saying it will be much easier with less resistance? I agree but let's not totally discount the rest of the SEC.

Crazy how even if LSU manages to take a step back next year it would still be considered a greatest season ever for a program like yours. Great time to be a LSU fan!
