Hey and furthermore, I appreciate all you lefties who have convinced me that I have been wrong about men playing women's sports the whole time.

I am all for you former men living out your womanly dreams. Go tranny go!

You guys/gals have my full support going forward.

They don't call the MLB world series the men's world series.

There is no women's pro baseball, but college has mens and women's aluminum bat ball.

This is your thread, but you know exactly why they identify them as MCWS and WCWS. It's because both exist.

Looking at the team stats, that was the only third of an inning she’s pitched. She fared way better than this guy…

Harssh Ramayanam Venkkat struggled mightily on the mound, walking three and giving up a homer.

If you haven't noticed, ESPN is really trying to force us to watch women's sports.

The Women's College World Series has been played since 1969 and they never called the baseball College World Series the MCWS until just a few years ago. My point is that is unnessesary to do so, and now it is also factually incorrect, since women are allowed to play.

Let me guess: It was 16-0 when the lady entered the game, and then she allowed 4 runs before closing out the win.

Eh, based on the picture that Fran the World provided, I’m pretty sure that the pitcher was actually a “biological male.” So I think it’s factually correct to call it the men’s World Series.

Men play baseball, women play softball. They both play a CWS , but in different sports. Shouldn't it be called Baseball CWS or Softball CWS?

The interesting part about this to me is.... Now that it's shown women have access to men's college sports, and play in games, is there still any need for Title IX?

Not sure they need much help for the WCWS, it's pretty popular.

Good question. I watched it a couple times to make sure I didn't overlook it.

Perhaps they just got excited because she actually made a layup on the first try without have to self-rebound 3 or 4 times?

Same here. I watched it a couple of times. She looks so awkward when she is dribbling the ball and that pass to her?
