The reason nobody wants to play y'all right now is because it will hurt their strngth of schedule. 5-4 teams are bad for computer rankings.

By all means was i pulling for bama. They will be a force next year. We are loseing very few startes and we are on the right path.I pull for anyone opposite bama.Damn I hate bama.

Grammar aside, this isn't exaclty true. We will lose our starting QB, funny that after week 3 many thought he wouldn't be missed, but there is a reason Stephens was never thrown in for Compton(we're looking for a JUCO(Simms) to fill the gap); we lose ALOT on our OL(I believe all but Douglass will be gone), and will be immediately counting on some young guys to step up(some as soon as they're on campus); we lose some DL, Dan Williams graduating will hurt the most from this area. We also lose our two best players on the team in Berry and Hardesty, granted those are probably our deepest areas, still those are two great players. We are on the right path, but next year could be rough if we cant fill the holes on the OL.

Next year will be much of the same. 7-5, 8-4 is probably what will happen. Oregon, UF, LSU, and Bama will be very tough games, as well as UGA, Ole Miss, and USCe. 2011 should be the year we look at 9-10 wins...

The team I'd least like to play is Auburn.
Tennessee is second.

I agree, next years schedule will be very tough. Big holes on on the O-Line will need to be filled and the QB position will be a big question mark. I expect us to be around 7-5 or 8-4 as well. We are recruiting well and starting to get better talent and depth. Year 3 is when we will most likely be competing in the SEC again.

As for the team I really wouldn't want to play right now is Arkansas.

I guarantee you every Gamecock on this planet would love to play UT right now. In the 2nd half when SC calmed down both teams scored 10 points and SC out-gained UT on the night by 40 yards.. 365 to 341.

It was just a bad start.
