Dallas is an easy drive for the schools in the West.

Kansas City and Arlington are Big XII cities. I hope it never leaves Atlanta. But if it did rotate, the only options are Houston, Nashville, Jacksonville.

The SEC title game and SEC basketball tournament should be in Atlanta every year.

It's an SEC town. It and Atlanta are the classic deep south metro areas.
They are the only cities worthy of hosting.

So?
Then how the frick would you rotate it through Atlanta?

You don't think Mercedes Benz Stadium would rather have a full time ACC championship game than an every 3rd or 4th year SEC championship?

I think it should be in Nashville, St Louis, Kansas City, New Orleans, Dallas, Tampa, or Jacksonville. All have great stadiums and great cities.

Completely agree with this… you could twist my arm and make a case for Houston and Nashville (especially when they get their new stadium) but NOLA and ATL are classic SEC cities and really help get to all regions of the SEC

In 10 years, UT will float this idea flexing all their money, and eventually lock it down somewhere in Texas.
Totally disagree. There is no chance we wait that long. Five years at most.

But we are willing to rotate it between Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio.

SECCG was in Atlanta for 3 decades. We've had enough of Atlanta.

Yeah I don't see anyone in the SEC thrilled about playing the SECCG in Arrowhead when it's 10 fricking degrees outside with a -5 wind chill.... It was brutal going to the Big12 CCG there years ago. frick that place.

Yeah, frick tradition.

Jacksonville will have the best "neutral" stadium in Florida by the time the contract is over with ATL ... Forget Tampa

Surprised its not in Birmingham every year so the SEC office can just drive 20 min to the game.
The SEC office is right across the street from the stadium, dumb arse.

The SEC Championship game should never be played in a state where a school has never won the SEC.
