Yeah they're doing their own version. The helmet is smokey gray with a "smokey mountain" or Rocky Top design incorporated.

As for the design and aesthetic of uniforms they put out, a&m specifically, I've liked a lot of them. Sure Adidas has put out crappy designs, but so has Nike. If one company is going to pay significantly more than the other it's a no brainer quite honestly.
And while Nike > Adidas shoes, both are miles ahead of under armour kicks. And when it comes to running I'll take Brooks & Asics above the lot of em.
