As for China being truthful on their numbers, are you saying they are covering up millions being dead? Someone this morning claimed 500k Americans could die to this. That would be over 2 million Chinese people using the same rates on their population.

You just don't like the math because it doesn't support the fear mongering. Is Germany also under reporting it? Or are you upset that they test young people also which gives it a more realistic mortality rate?

seeing as how it's spreading rapidly, and there is no cure, those numbers could happen.
Yesterday morning at 7:15 A.M. CST there were 755 known cases in the U.S.. Tonight there are 1311. There is no telling how many unknown cases there are.

No, but nobody alive today remembers the public health officials that could and WOULD quarantine entire neighborhoods over diseases like polio and mumps and the 1918 flu. That was right here in the good old USA just a little over 100 years ago. Because they had no other means to stop it from spreading. We are close to that now. And if not COVID-19, what about the next virus to come along. The government is playing nice right now and leaving it up to you to quarantine yourself. A more deadly disease, you won’t get that option.

Do you think the the pandemic label is new? It's not, they do this seemingly every time these things come out.
