You guys have always recruited well and done nothing with it. Which is why no one is really worried about you having the no.1 class. I mean congrats on your class, but UK, outside of this year recruited in the 25-35 range and out performs you.

And, as I have said before, if y'all had said... "yeah this is kind of bogus but it is what it is" folks would have moved onto something else. Its the feeble attempts to defend this that is drawing attention.

Got to love how the Chokelahoma fans come to a site of a conference they are not even members of and try to talk smack. They have had their asses handed to them by SEC teams over the last several years nearly every time they have played an SEC team. Johnny Football gave them a beatdown of epic proportions the last time they played A&M. They have to go back 20 years in order to talk smack to A&M. Most of this board was in diapers then. They can't win a CFP game if their lives depended on it.

Not that long ago there was legit talk on here about A&M making the CFP even with two losses if they won the West and beat Georgia in the championship game... and most folks agreed with that.

Except it’s an empirical fact that most Ags on this very site predicted 9-3 or 10-2 prior to the season started. Now, it was a disappointing season for sure. We did not meet expectations, but losing our starting QB had something to do with that. And we were still one missed fumble call from going 9-3.

Seriously - at least Tennessee fans talk smack from a similar point of view. I like Tennessee fans. Hell - I like Tennessee. Arguing with them, back and forth, is kinda' fun.
Same for Florida fans - they brag about their weather. It's nice weather. Same for Georgia fans ... Auburn and Alabama - the Mississippi's - the Cajuns (their food really is nice) - even the Arkansas folks. Although it's tough to buy beer on a road trip in Arkansas, depending on where you stop. Carolina folks are fine - nice areas down there.
But you A&M people - you're a little different. Here's the deal, around here, it's all about fitting in, nobody is any better than anybody else - even if bring the best dish to the cook out. Hell - I'll share the recipe.
Texas doesn't "fit in". Not a damn sentence falls out of your mouths without a few words about how you - personally - are better. Because ... Texas. You are just better ... as you constantly tell us ... because you were born on sacred dirt.
