It is definitely what a college football uniform should look like.
Double shoulder stripes. Numbers on shoulders and team name above numbers or not should be the only variation. You cannot find a bad looking uniform with this template.

Arkansas started the ugly college football uniform trend in 1994.
Before this, uniforms were the double stripes on shoulders or no stripe plain jerseys.

I like the sissy blue uniforms that Ole Miss uses, and also the UGA throwback uniforms in the Arky game in 2021 (when Arky was ranked in the top ten! Can you believe it?)
