Bama's resume would be superior to 12-1 Wisconsin.

By what metric? They seem very similar.. except one team won 12 games and their division and the other team won 11 games but did not win their division

Miss St. and Michigan are equivalent
LSU and Northwestern are equivalent
Texas A&M and Iowa are equivalent
Both would have lost to a top-10 team

Equivalent how? The committee put LSU, Miss St, and Fresno in the top 25. Wisconsin only has Northwestern.

Why would Bama be more deserving than a 12-1 Big-10 runner up Wisconsin if that's what you believe?

Bama would have the “better loss” but other than that I can’t make an argument for putting Bama in over Wisconsin.

The teams in front of them will lose and it effectively puts Bama/Ohio St at #4 and #5.

Michigan is one of those borderline top-25 teams. You don't really think Fresno St is comparable do you? Fresno St is a non-P5 team and has an FPI score of 0.3 ( ).. for comparison Memphis is a 9.2, Northwestern a 10.2, and Clemson is a 24.2...

That's before you take into account Ohio St potentially beating a top-5 team and winning the big10 though.

OSU's 15 pt loss to OU and 31 pt loss to Iowa cannot be ignored. Quality wins matter but losses matter just as much, especially bad ones. The Iowa loss is a TERRIBLE LOSS.

It's like people don't even remember what happened last year.

Penn State won the Big 10.
Penn State beat Ohio State head to head.
Ohio State made the CFP.

Why?

Terrible losses by Penn State to Michigan and Pitt.

and because Ohio St had fantastic wins beating #5 Penn St, #6 Michigan, #7 Oklahoma, #8 Wisconsin, and #24 Nebraska

Bama fans realllyyyyy don't want to talk about wins do they?

More likely, it isn't comparable...

The only thing that matters is what the committee thinks.

and they think it's best to get good ratings.. thus the fresno st rating prior to their conference championship game. kind of like FSU being ranked so high pre-season.

SEC Champ should be in
Whisky wins they should be in
Oklahoma wins they should be in
ACC champ should be in

If it’s up to Ohio St or Bama I would vote for Bama

If Fresno wins they won't drop out, so it's neither here nor there.

Sure we do.

We enjoyed our 7th straight win against LSU and beat Tennessee for the umpteenth time in a row.

We certainly enjoyed them.

Actually it is.

If Ohio State doesn't get in it won't be because of who they beat.

It will be because of their two losses.

You know, just like Penn State.

The reality is that most of us don’t want to see Bama in the playoffs simply because we’re tired of them. But they still have the most stacked roster in the country and their only loss came to the #2 team at their stadium.

Objectively I think anyone would say Alabama is a top five team at the least. You want to say they don’t deserve a national title when they can’t win their division? Fine. I agree just like in 2011. But also like 2011, it’s hard to look at the crop of top five teams and not think Alabama would beat almost all of them.

Because of this, unless Wisconsin and Oklahoma win their games, I don’t see any way Bama gets left out.

They got smoked badly. Twice. OSU is going nowhere. Also they are going to get butt raped by Wisky.

No, it isn't.

2017 Bama =/= 2016 Ohio State

Yeah. They are building Bama's case.
