The more I think about it, the more I believe that Tenn will win the SEC East

You never really know what will happen, but I correctly predicted Mizzou to win the SEC East the past two years (much to the chagrin of my fellow SEC Easters). I couldn't be more proud of my team and their accomplishments.
With that said, this year I have a different feeling of how things play out. This year I just have a feeling that this Tennessee squad will be something special and I have nothing but respect for Butch Jones as a program builder. Largely due to his efforts, Tennessee's stock is soaring right now. The Vols will be an absolute fit to deal with.

I think this is an example of certain people repeating the same crazy things until it gets to a point where sane people start to question their own sanity.
UT winning the east would not be crazy or frankly that surprising - it is just turning into a snowball where everyone and their brother is forgetting how Tennessee actually played last year.

Personally, I would put money on Mizzou winning it. I bet your club will be tough this year.

As I have said all along, I think the Vols are a year away. Yes, if Georgia and Mizzou utterly shite the bed and the Vols win all the coin flip games they have on their tough schedule they win the East.
From what I have read and seen the Vols need another year to rebuild depth after the Dooley Disaster. They can certainly win the East this year but next year seems like a better bet for them.

Firstly, I thank you for consistently wanting to actually discuss sports on here. 
It would take quite a few lucky breaks for UT to win the east. Mizzou has a favorable schedule along with a good team and of course, UGA always has the talent. Florida will have a nasty defense and USC will be decent along with an improved UK squad. I agree with you, the VOLS have about 5 coin flip games that will make or break the season. Some depth is needed, but there is no excuse not to have a decent season. My prediction is 8 wins and the music city bowl.

Arksulli, this is the second time I've seen you post this. Which positions do you think that we lack depth in? I would argue the only team in the East that has more depth than UT is UGA. As well as the power houses from the West. AU, LSU, and Bama(although that gap is closing). UT has some talented depth for the first time in years at most positions. Some if it's young, but it's there.
True depth issues are having a 3 man DT rotation and green Oline like we had in 2014. Nothing like that is present right now outside of some uncertainty at whose gonna grab MLB
